I've been doodling with a friend, and we ended up with a few comic strips. Here are some of the rough fruits of our labours. Based on actual events/conversations.

June Illustrations

If reading Beatrix Potter stories as a child taught me anything, it's that ducks are rubbish mothers. Anyway, a few drawings from the month of June. Mostly unfinished, but hey! Enjoy.

Alphabet People Funky Font

For  my final project for my first year of illustration I produced an illustrated font. The idea was to include pattern and colour in my designs and to create the letters by making my figures form the shapes. It was a lot of fun and I ended up with about four different designs per letter, capital and lower case, serif and sans serif, but the letters included in the image below were my favourites. They still need a bit of work, but I was quite happy with the result, I think they'll make an interesting poster or tote bag design. Anyway, have a look and tell me what you think.
